Jump Rope 10 Min HIIT


A favorite workout of sports athletes, jumping rope is great for coordination and easy on the feet and ankles compared to more traditional forms of cardio like sprints or endurance running.


Jump ropes and I have a love-hate relationship if we're being honest. This shit is HARD! and took me a lot of practice to even get a basic level of skill, but if you put in just 10 minutes a day you'll see INSANE progress in your technique. It's so rewarding to feel yourself going faster, tripping less, or figuring out a new trick you wanted to learn.


So here's my quickie 10 minute jump rope HIIT (with a sprinkle of abs you're welcome/sorry). Not only is this a great workout for when you're crunched on time, but the different movements get you're feet moving and your brain thinking in new ways than you might be used to. JUMP ROPE 10 MIN HIIT

  • 1 minute Jump Rope (just a basic jump at your own pace)

  • 15 second rest

  • 45 second plank

  • 30 second rest

  • 1 minute DOUBLE Jumps (click here for my IG reel tutorial)

  • 15 second rest

  • 45 second plank

  • 30 second rest

REPEAT X2 FOR A 10 MINUTE WORKOUT!
